Laura Pausini, Mika and Alessandro Cattelan will be the presenters of the Eurovision Song Contest 2022. The event will take place in May in Italy, in Turin. The presenters for the next edition of the Eurovision Song Contest have been announced. During the second night of the Festival di Sanremo – the biggest musical celebration in Italy, the host Amadeus announced the names of the 3 artists who will take the stage of the Pala Olimpico in Turin next May (the semi-finals will take place on the 10th and 12th, the grand final of Eurovision 2022 on the 14th). 
The first name revealed was that of Laura Pausini ("I am happy that Eurovision is finally back in Italy and honored to lead such an important event, with my friends Mika and Alessandro! Together, we want to show Europe and the world our extraordinary country. For me, 2022 started with new music and this fantastic event. I want to face Eurovision, the quintessential musical event in Europe and one of the most important television shows in the world, with the same energy that has accompanied me throughout my career. After the first verse, the big star Alessandro Catellan ("It is an honor to have been called to present Eurovision 2022.
